Tickets include entrance to the conference, lunch and refreshments. No VAT applicable.

Early bird price applies if payment is received on or before 23 September 2012.
Cancellations will not be eligible for a refund. However, registrations are transferable. Please contact us, if you need to transer your ticket.
You will not receive a physical paper ticket or invoice; the digital invoice is attached to the confirmation email.
Payment methods
You're asked to pay online via PayPal (accepting the major credit cards), or with iDEAL (for Dutch bank accounts).
