The usability of open source software is probably one the biggest roadblock towards adoption. The Drupal community made a big step towards a better user experience in the past year.

Bojhan covered the many challenges a development oriented community brings, walking through a few initiatives from usability testing, concept to implementation.

Bojhan Somers is active within the Drupal community and as UX-Team lead a contributor to core development. Bojhan is currently running an internship at User Intelligence and focuses on design of complex (web) applications.
