5 Things large organizations can learn about UX

KLM Open is an annual golf tournament played in the Netherlands. For the second year in a row, a small team at IBM got the opportunity to deliver the app for the event. Due to the success of the first version, the ambitions of everyone involved were set higher for the new version of the app.

Deborah will let you get a glimpse of what happened behind the scenes of this year's development of the KLM Open app. She will tell you this year's story from a designer's point of view, and uncover five things that has changed to the better at IBM since this project finished.

Deborah Lindberg is a designer and engineer from Stockholm, Sweden. She has a BSc in Human Computer Interaction and an MSc in Engineering in Interactive Media Technology from KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. She moved to Amsterdam two years ago to work as a UX Designer at IBM, and had the role as the Design Lead for the KLM Open app 2016.
