How about having an universal set of proven and reusable behavioral user models? These models can be used for creating interaction design, building content strategy or optimizing for conversion.

You can quickly build user models applying simple and effective approach that uses behavioral archetypes based on Temperament types (also called MBTI by some people) with interpretation for design. Gena Drahun works as an Interaction Designer for Perceptive Software from Lexmark. Born in Minsk, Belarus, he graduated from USI TU/e and also has background in Physics and Economics. Gena has practiced interaction design for 12 years, including projects for Lufthansa, Microsoft, Philips, KPN, Expedia, SAP, and NXP Semiconductors. He created the original interaction design for the award-winning game “World of Tanks”. Gena collects UX diagrams and co-curates the largest Facebook group for Russian-speaking UX designers.
